1. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

   You can place your order using one of the following methods:
   1. Use the Buy Now page with Secure Credit Card facilities provided by Paypal.
      (Payments are made entirely through the PayPal web site – we have no access to credit or debit card information supplied to PayPal).
   2. Use the Buy Now page and click Payment by Cheque option, then when you have received your confirmation Email print it out and send a cheque made payable to Anne Peak to 7 Coniston Road, Morecambe, Lancashire, LA4 5PS

3. PRICING

   1. As we are not registered for VAT, prices are not subject to VAT
   2. We charge separately for Postage & Packing and the rates are calculated and shown as you enter your order.
   3. We periodically review our prices and the next review is planned for 1st April 2010

4. RETURNS POLICY

   1. If any product you receive is faulty or has been damaged in transit please contact us immediately to arrange a suitable exchange.
   2. Products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
